During your initial session we will:
- Discover your “why” – Goals, and their reason is going to serve as your motivation and inspiration
- Talk about how our facility works – and why we get such great results
- Perform a movement screen to ensure taking part in a physical fitness program is appropriate for you, or if you may benefit most from seeing a movement specialist
- Find your baseline Fitness Score – to help elucidate strengths, weaknesses and a plan of attack to achieve your goals
